01 - Preheat oven to 400°F or heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat for pan frying.
02 - With a rolling pin, flatten each slice of bread to approximately 1/4 inch thickness.
03 - Position a cheese stick on one edge of each bread slice and roll up tightly, sealing the edge with a dab of melted butter.
04 - Brush the exterior of each roll up with melted butter for a crisp finish.
05 - Mix together Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian herbs. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the buttered roll ups.
06 - Place roll ups seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking tray if baking, or directly into a preheated skillet.
07 - Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden and crisp, or pan fry, turning occasionally for even browning.
08 - Present warm with marinara or your preferred dipping sauce.
