# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • They taste like mini ice cream bites but come together with zero cooking and real fruit.
  • You can customize the toppings based on whatever random snacks are sitting in your pantry.
02 -
  • Let the bites sit at room temperature for two or three minutes before eating because straight from the freezer they are tooth achingly hard.
  • If your bananas are overly ripe and mushy the slices will fall apart during dipping so aim for speckled but still firm.
03 -
  • Chill your baking sheet in the freezer for ten minutes before arranging the coated slices so the yogurt sets faster and holds its shape.
  • A silicone pastry brush is the secret weapon for getting a thin even layer of yogurt on each slice without making a mess.
