01 - 8 slices white or whole wheat sandwich bread, crusts removed

04 - 2 tbsp milk
05 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
06 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 1 tsp garlic powder
08 - 1/2 tsp dried oregano
09 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
10 - 1/4 tsp salt

11 - 1/3 cup vegetable oil

01 - Using a rolling pin, gently flatten each slice of bread until thin.
02 - Place a cheese stick at one end of each bread slice. Roll up tightly.
03 - In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
04 - In another shallow bowl, combine panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, pepper, and salt.
05 - Dip each roll up first in the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
06 - Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
