# How to Make It:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to arrange coated strawberries.
02 - Place dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl and melt gently using a double boiler or microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
03 - Hold each strawberry by the leaves and dip into melted dark chocolate, turning to coat evenly; allow excess chocolate to drip off.
04 - Place dipped strawberries onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
05 - If desired, melt white or milk chocolate and drizzle decoratively over the coated strawberries.
06 - Let the chocolate set at room temperature for 15–20 minutes or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until firm.
07 - Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
