# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • Everything happens in under 30 minutes but tastes like you spent all day cooking
  • The marinade creates this incredible caramelization that makes the beef taste like it came from a restaurant
02 -
  • Dry your beef slices with paper towels before marinating if they are too wet, or the marinade will slide right off
  • Work in batches and do not flip the beef too early, let it develop a crust first or you will miss the best part
03 -
  • Reserve a little bit of the raw marinade before adding the beef if you want extra sauce for dipping, but boil it for 3 minutes first to be safe
  • Sprinkle extra sesame seeds and sliced green onions over the platter right before serving for that restaurant style presentation
