01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place flatbreads on prepared baking sheet. Spread each evenly with BBQ sauce, leaving a small border around edges.
03 - Distribute shredded chicken evenly over BBQ sauce on both flatbreads.
04 - Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over the chicken.
05 - Arrange sliced red onions and jalapeños (if using) over cheese layer.
06 - Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly and edges are golden brown.
07 - Remove from oven. Drizzle with extra BBQ sauce and sprinkle with chopped cilantro. Slice and serve hot.
