01 - Preheat oven to 350°F.
02 - Place Brie wheel on parchment-lined baking sheet or in small ovenproof dish.
03 - Spread apricot preserves evenly over top of Brie.
04 - Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top of preserves.
05 - Bake for 12–15 minutes until Brie is soft and melty but not fully collapsed.
06 - Remove from oven and let rest for 3–5 minutes.
07 - Garnish with fresh thyme or parsley if desired. Serve immediately with sliced baguette, crackers, or apple slices.
